SPLA - License Mobility for SA Customers

From 1 July customers with Software Assurance on their Server Applications will be permitted to use these licenses either on-premise or on their SPLA provider’s datacentre infrastructure. This removes the current requirement that to bring VL licenses into a SPLA environment requires dedicated hardware for that particular customer.
